Yes, you can. Microsoft has its own app store called Windows Marketplace for Mobile. Additionally, you can load any CAB files and install directly on the device itself or install via the PC as well.

For everybody who thinks this phone is laggigng: bear in mind that it’s nowhere near the final version. They are appearantly not releasing the phone yet because of software optimizations.

They should do a special, where you can trade your X1, and get the x2 for like 500$ cheaper, or something… :P ( but you must have the recipt etc)

What is the use of TV-Out when Winmo supports so few video formats compared to Symbian?

  18. Jordey24 :

    Blackberry

better 8.1 mp camera, accelerometer, larger flush sreen, tv-out, winmo 6.5 just to name a few.

Sony Ericsson seems to have this alternate winning streak.. P800 was an inspiration to Steve Jobs too, P990I had the biz card reader, X1 rawks… when is the X3 coming again?

I can imagine how important radio might be for many users, but well all I can say you get some you loose some. :)

Keyboard is better, design is improved, screen is slightly larger if it counts, WinMo promise to run better with 6.5, panel options are improved specially I see great use of auto time based panels. Camera is a plus point. I heard the battery life is also better on this one. Overall size is small in thickness. Sound quality should be improved with stereo setup.

It is so my next phone.

Yeah I have heard the same thing, I just can not imagen it not having a radio tho

  23. edducg :
