Plus… SkyeQuiKey app works for candy bar phones beautifully but it’s useless with slider phones(having to open the slider to type something).
I felt that the N82 was too big, it’s a very bulky phone, N73 is pretty big and N82 is bigger!
Overall, I don’t know if I get over the N95 8GB’s looks, I might go for N82.

I bought an N95 8GB and honestly I feel like I made a mistake, I **** constantly having to open the slider, the screen is big but the resolution is small and icons are all stretched out/blurry and basically it’s not as sharp as 2.4″ screens, my N73 looks better.
But the N95’s shape seduced me, I LOVE how it looks, N82 looks good too but I much preferred the N95, and I thought the big screen would better….. it is not!
Coming from the N73 I now think I should’ve gone with the N82. Plus….

kumbaso18 – I am on your opinion of corse. But when you get used to the buttons you will find it easyer to work. Besides there is a lot of space between the buttons. Except that it is a really great phone.

n82 is cheaper and n85 is not that much good
The Xenon flash of the N82 is the decision-maker for me, when considering a non-flash phone like the N85. I carry a tiny (1.25 x 1.5 x .5″) but potent Vivitar DF120 slave flash in my pocket or car console. When set on position “2″, it syncs perfectly with the flash on the N82, extending its flash range to around 25 feet and creating endless opportunities for night and indoor photography. Some of the best family memento photos were taken impromptu with my Nokia N82, alone, and augmented with that flash. It’s like having professional photo equipment in your pocket at all times. I’ll have to post some pictures.
PS: After owning an N82 for a year, and dropping it 15 times or so, I finally dropped it to a marble floor and created a tiny star crack in the LCD. The display still woprks, but there’s a dark fuzzy spot on the screen. But an OEM Nokia LCD on ebaY is only $10, and I have one on order. Too bad the N85 OLED screen is .2″ larger, or I would have ordered one of those (if the pinouts were the same).
