How do you transfer ringtones from your computer to a Palm Pixi?

I just got a Palm Pixi today and have no idea how to transfer ringtones to it. I download them from myxer.com HEEEELLLLLPPPP

    Get a Micro SD card & a Micro SD adapter.
    Put the Micro SD card into the Micro SD adapter (it looks like a large Micro SD card with a slot for the mini Micro SD card).
    Insert the Micro SD adapter into the SD/MMC slot on your hard-drive.
    A menu will pop up on your computer screen.
    Click on “Open To View Files”.
    Move the ringtones you want to the Micro SD card then put the Micro SD card into the Micro SD card slot on your phone & move the ringtones onto your phone.
