How can I get internet access on an unlocked iphone 3gs without a data plan and without purchasing one?

It’s impossible unless it’s hacked, there is no authorized app that lets you steal internet access. If you don’t want to hack your iPhone 3GS then I suggest finding some Wi-Fi.
