What’s the best cell phone for a teen?

The cheapest. You’re 14. If you need a job it shouldn’t be to pay for your cell phone – your job is school right now.
You really should talk to your parents. The reason is because if the cell phone company will even let you get a phone on your own (which they probably won’t because you’re a minor) they will charge you a massive deposit.
