    You dont have to have the internet on it. You can access everything by wifi if you like. I dont have a data plan so I changed the APN a little on my Magic so it didnt run programs in the background eating up my GPRS connection. If I want to connect to the internet away from wifi I just change my APN back to normal and voila!

    its t-mobile’s “iphone” is the same thing as the g1. except updated camera. same software. android is the same on it. all you get is a new design and the screen of the g1
